FREE Ground Shipping on every order over $75 shipping to the lower 48 states.

ONLY $5 shipping for orders up to $74.99 to the lower 48 states.

ONLY $20 flat shipping charge per box to Hawaii, Alaska, APO's and FPO's.

3-Day Select Shipping is $20 per box to the lower 48 states.

2-Day Air Shipping is $55 per box to the lower 48 states.

Next Day Air Shipping is $80 per box to the lower 48 states.

SALES TAX

8.25% Sales Tax will be added on items shipped within the State of California. No Sales Tax on any item shipped out of California.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

For purchases made 11-22-08 through 12-24-08. Unused and non-monogrammed items may be refunded if the return is received back at our store by 1-10-09. Store credit only will be issued for returns received 1-11-09 to 1-31-09. Sorry, no store credits for any holiday purchases received back at our store after 1-31-09.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES - Regular Policy

Our non-monogrammed merchandise can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days or refunded within 20 days of purchase. Receipt must accompany exchange or return. Non-monogrammed shipped merchandise must be returned un-used and in the original shipping boxes. A full refund less the shipping costs will be processed if the item is returned within 20 days of purchase.

WARRANTY

Every product we sell comes with our Lazar's guarantee: "If something goes wrong that shouldn't, we will stand behind it." Of course, normal wear and tear and airline abuse is NOT covered by our warranty. All major brands of merchandise we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. We handle all our orders with the utmost care, especially gift orders. We will make sure that your gift order is gift-wrapped at no charge and delivered when you need it there.
