Great experience ordering carry-on luggage: the guy I talked to measured the piece I was interested in himself (since there can be a discrepancy between the manufacturers published dimensions and the actual dimensions), and then made sure it arrived a day faster than standard, while charging me only the standard shipping rate, because I had to have the bag before leaving on a trip.
